Split System Maintenance

Standard Preventative Maintenance

From $160 (including GST)

Our standard annual service includes:
• Filter clean and inspection
• Drain inspection and flush (where accessible)
• Temperature performance testing
• Refrigerant pressure check (where applicable)
• Electrical safety check
• Tightening of accessible wiring connections
• General wipe-down of indoor unit casing
• Operational test of system

This service is ideal for systems that are regularly maintained and in good overall condition.



Deep Clean Maintenance

$220 (including GST)

Recommended for systems with visible build-up, odour issues, reduced airflow, or that have not been serviced in over 12 months.

Includes everything in the Standard Maintenance, plus:
• Removal of casing where required
• Fan barrel deep clean
• Indoor coil chemical clean
• Detailed internal wash-down
• Thorough system sanitisation

This service restores airflow performance and improves system hygiene.

Ducted System Maintenance

Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance

Flat Rate $280 (including GST)

Our ducted system maintenance is a complete preventative service designed to keep your system operating efficiently and reliably year-round.

This service includes:
• Return air filter clean and inspection
• Indoor unit coil inspection
• Drain inspection and flush (where accessible)
• Full electrical safety check
• Tightening of accessible wiring connections
• Refrigerant performance check (where applicable)
• Zone motor and damper operation test
• Thermostat/controller function check
• Airflow and temperature performance testing
• Inspection of accessible ductwork connections
• Outdoor unit clean and operational test
• General wipe-down of accessible components

This service is recommended annually to maintain system efficiency, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce the risk of costly breakdowns during peak season.
